He stated that the number of callers served by the BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 1500-400 ranged from around 7,000 calls per day. This means that there is an average increase of around 40% compared to the number of calls prior to the policy of switching branch office services during the handling of the corona virus.

Arief said that several types of services that can be provided through BPJS Health Care Center 1500 400 in addition to information services, include handling complaints, registration of new participants from the Non-Wage Recipient and Non-Worker (PBPU/BP) segment, adding family members to PBPU/BP participants. , changes in participant data other than Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) which includes NIK, name, place/date of birth, domicile address, mobile phone number or e-mail address. In addition, BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 1500 400 also serves changes to the treatment class for PBPU/BP participants, services for business entities, as well as free health consultations through doctor consultation services.

“For complaints that require coordination with BPJS Health branch offices or other stakeholders , BPJS Health Care Center 1500 400 has a system that is connected to branch offices. Thus, the branch office can immediately resolve the complaint in accordance with the Standard Level Agreement (SLA) target time for the completion of the complaint," added Arief.

According to Arief, in addition to ensuring that BPJS Health Care Center 1500 400 provides excellent service to the community, his party also always urges and educates the public to prioritize self-awareness against the corona virus.
