Free clothing program

About the clothing program The Davis Street Clothing Program provides free used clothing and small household items to low-income families and individuals. We have clothing for men, women and children in a wide range of sizes. We also have small household items such as dishes, towels, lamps, and small appliances. Individuals and families can come and select what they want. Quantities for each family member are limited, to ensure everyone can get what they need. If you don't see what you want in our Clothing Program, we will try to find it for you by contacting our generous donors on Davis Street. *Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our Clothing Program is temporarily closed until further notice.* Want to donate gently used clothing or household items? Davis Street is temporarily unable to accept clothing donations due to COVID-19. Check out our property donation page .

Who can participate? Anyone enrolled in the Davis Street Basic Needs Program can attend once a month. You must live in the San Leandro or Eden area, and you need to meet the low-income eligibility requirements and show proof of income. Our Clothing Program is totally free. You do not need to make an appointment, but we do ask that you fill out a short information form. You do not need to make an appointment, but we do ask that you fill out a short information form.
